We want you to love your Lack of Color hat, but if it's not quite right, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Hat
Place the hat carefully back in its original box with all internal packaging to prevent crushing or damage during transit.
Label and Post
Print your generated shipping label, affix it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our team inspects the returned item, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
